Making Roast Pork for the First Time

This was actually a Picnic Roast Pork. I have passed by this type of meat, thinking it would be too complicated. It was actually very easy. I did take the layer of fat off and that I didn't need to do, next time I won't do that. It was tasty just the same.I used that layer of fat and the bone for my red beans that I cooked the next day. I used the recipe from Spoonbread and Strawberry Wine cookbook (it is available on Amazon, https://amzn.to/3aAhblJ), by Norma Jean and Carole Darden. VEDA 29

One day to go in VEDA 29, How has your opinion on video creation changed over this month?  This was a challenge in many ways. Can I do it, who will watch, who will care?  I put myself through the paces and I was encouraged by others to do it do it do it!
